Matt Reiner is one of the founding partners of Wela Strategies and a partner at CIA, Wela’s sister company. Prior to joining the Capital Companies in 2009, he worked with Bank of America in Boston and Charles Schwab in Phoenix.

As one of the founding partners, Matt for manages the overarching strategic growth of the firm. Matt is also an active participant in the investment committee.

Matt graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, with a BBA in Finance. Matt is also a CFA® Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Although Matt is devoted to his alma mater, he still finds himself supporting his long-beloved Georgia Bulldogs. When not cheering on the dawgs, he’s spending time with his wife, Hillary and son, Levi, and enjoying his other hobbies which include playing golf, coaching little league baseball and staying current with the Braves. Matt is the brother of Mitch Reiner and the son of Mike Reiner.
